The purpose of the department that I manage is to establish, coordinate, and supervise operations, administrative procedures, financial systems, supplies, and services assigned to ProCórdoba Agency.

To integrate, coordinate and prepare the preliminary draft of the annual operational program and budget of the Agency.
To control and record theexecution of theauthorizedbudget.
To assemble and control periodic reports on the progress of planned goals, through which we establish supplier payment programs, meet tax obligations and provide services that enable the agency to meet its obligations with consistency.
To supervise thedocumentation of procurementcontracts, the leasing of goodsortheprovisionservices and insurancesexecutedbytheagency.
To prepare and update accounting records, tax information, corporate books and all required documentation demanded by regulatory or control bodies.
Todesign and supervise theinventory management and control procedures of fixedassets.
TomaintaintheAgency’sproperties, facilities, and equipment in propercondition.
Toparticipateactively in thecontinuousimprovement and execution of new servicesofferedtocompanies in theprovince of Córdoba.
Tocoordinateall labor relationsactivitiestoensurecompliancewithlaws, decrees, and regulationsgoverningworkdependentonthe Provincial PublicAdministration and otherapplicable legal systems.
