  1. Integrating, coordinating and preparing the preliminary draft of the Agency’s annual operational program and budget.
  2. Monitoring and recording the execution of the authorized budget.
  3. Gathering and controlling regular reports on the progress of planned goals. In order to do this, we establish supplier payment schemes, tax obligations and services that enable the Agency to consistently and adequately meet its obligations.
  4. Controlling the documentation of contracts executed by the Agency for the procurement or leasing of goods, or the provision services, and hiring of insurances.
  5. Preparing and updating accounting records, tax information, corporate books and all mandatory documentation required by regulatory or supervisory bodies.
  6. Designing and supervising the management and control procedures of fixed assets inventory.
  7. Maintaining the Agency’s properties, facilities, and equipment in good condition.
  8. Participating actively in the continuous improvement and implementation of new services offered to companies in the Province of Córdoba.
  9. Coordinating all labor relations in accordance with laws, decrees, and regulations governing labor in the Provincial Public Administration, as well as other applicable legal systems.
