ProCórdoba S.E.M. Agency, under the Ministerio de Industria, Comercio, Minería y Desarrollo Científico Tecnológico de la Provincia de Córdoba (Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Mines and Scientific-Technological Development of the Province of Córdoba), reports that the area of Commercial Promotion is preparing the Calendar of events 2015.

Businessmen from the Province of Córdoba, owners of the export companies or companies with export potential, mainly SMEs, who want to participate in the events according to the calendar, will be able to do it through the "Service of Event Coordination."

These are the different types of events you can participate in:

Fairs/ Exhibitions: event where businessmen, in a physical space and in a defined time, exhibit goods and services for their commercial promotion. The event may be held in the country or abroad.

Trade Mission: it refers to the foreign travel organized by a group of local companies, with the aim of conducting business meeting, analyzing their incorporation in the selected market, observing new technologies and/or attracting investments. These meetings are usually held through the scheduled visits to companies, Business Rounds or in the framework of a fair or exhibition. 

Reverse Trade Mission: it happens when a group of businessmen whose companies are abroad (called "operators"), travel to the Province of Córdoba to conduct business meetings or Business Rounds with local businessmen.

Business Round: it makes reference to the meeting between international commercial operators and local businessmen, in order to promote the commercial exchange between them. It is usually carried out through the creation of a meeting agenda scheduled by the Agency, in a determined place and time.

It is important to highlight that, during the current year, companies from Córdoba with the assistance of the Agency participated in 7 International Fairs, 14 trade missions, 6 Reverse Missions and 8 visits to International Fairs.

Assistance to Companies

ProCórdoba Agency carries out certain tasks with the aim of facilitating the internationalization of companies and/or the promotion of their exports. This way, companies are assisted through technical and economic support, and/or by means of diverse actions and counselling offered by professionals.
