Gaining TrACtion
The program hinges on the synergy between large leading companies with their respective value chains, including vendors, supply and/or logistics of small and medium-sized companies.
Leading firms throughout the province serve as catalysts of the program through their active and strategic work on the areas to be developed.
The program has clear objectives, strict deadlines and concrete and measurable results, to be assessed after a four-stage process lasting six months.
Its main purpose is to increase productivity and efficiency, guarantee production quality, and access new markets and business opportunities.
The investment involved is an estimated 180 million pesos, fifty percent of which will be contributed by the provincial administration. The other half will come from the participating businesses. The plan is to work with 10 "tractioning" companies, each of which will engage with 10 SMEs. Thus, 110 firms from Córdoba will be working together to become more productive and competitive.
