According to the statistics report that is usually made by ProCórdoba Agency and the database of the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INDEC), from January to October 2015 the exports of the province of Córdoba represented 13.29 per cent of the national exports, which means 6,973.31 million dollars. If we take into account the international sales of the province per volume, a total of 15,829,970 tons were exported.
If we compare the data of Córdoba with the corresponding data of the Argentine exports, the province of Córdoba represents 13.29% of the national total.

Major Fields
The Agricultural Manufactures (MOA) represented 42.90 per cent of the exports of Córdoba in October 2015, when sales were made for the sum of 2,991.84 million dollars. Regarding the volumes, over 5,99 millions of tons of MOA were sold.
Among the most important sectors of this field, there was an increase in "prepared vegetables" (25.75%) and an increase in “tanning and dyeing extracts” (8.39%) was also registered. There was also a fall in exports of "residues and waste of food industry" (29.75%), “fats and oils” (23.79%) and "dairy products" (22.87%).
Till October 2015, the Primary Products (PP) represented 36.58 per cent of the total exported by the province. In this sense, the international sales of PP reached 2,551.17 million dollars and regarding the volumes, 9,49 million tons were exported.
Within the most important subfields for the province of Córdoba, exports of "oil seeds and oleaginous fruits” increased (9.26%), and there was a fall in exports of "Cereals" (2.92%).
About this, Roberto Rosotto (General Manager of ProCórdoba Agency) said:
"The fall in exports is not reflected in the amount exported; this is because of the increase in the quantities of cereals and oils exported, which shows an increase in the priority of exports and the loss of competitiveness that the industrial sectors have suffered."
The Industrial Manufactures (MOI) represented 20.51 per cent of the international sales of the province. Regarding the industrial manufactures, 344,146 tons were exported and the sales volumes reached 1,430.30 million dollars.
The subfield "machinery and appliances, electrical equipment” (28.40%), “transport equipment"(17.87%) and "chemical products and related items" (27.67%) registered a decrease in exports.

Destinations
China and Brazil were the main destinations of the exports of Córdoba. In this sense, the Asian country and senior partner represented 15.61 per cent of the international sales of the province when purchases of 1,089.18 million dollars were made.
Brazil represented 15.14 per cent of exports when importing for 1056.07 million dollars.
The list of the top 10 destinations is completed by: Vietnam (7.02 per cent), Egypt (3.93 per cent), Chile (3.78 per cent), Venezuela (3.67 per cent), Netherlands (3.66 per cent), Indonesia (3.53 per cent), United States (3.10 per cent) and United Kingdom (3.06 per cent).
