- The Cooperation and International Relations Department promotes actions that strengthen the bonds with strategic markets at the commercial, institutional and education levels. The markets in focus are Southeast Asia, Africa and Central America.
- The Department also receives specific consults from companies and serves as liaison with ProCórdoba's other departments. Furthermore, it also establishes and maintains relations with foreign offices in the country, and with Argentine embassies and consulates abroad.
- Finally, it prepares technical and outcome reports.
