The area of Commercial Promotion of ProCórdoba Agency invites you to be part of the mission with visit to the "10th Comprehensive Women's Fair” that is going to be held in the city of Santa Cruz de las Sierras, from 6th to 10th May. 

Description of the Event and Objectives

The Comprehensive Women's Fair is a participatory event where you can know and experience the pivotal role that women play in our modern society taking into account different aspects such as family, professional, social, commercial and communicative aspects. There, there will be not only conferences and talks but also a commercial exhibit that displays fashion, beauty, decoration, art, health and businesses and there will be several leisure activities.

 Objectives of the Fair:

• Promoting commercial exchange among the participating companies. 

• Promoting exchange between the participating public and private organizations and the general public. 

• Encouraging the participation of women in business, professional and working life. 

• Encouraging the participation of women from all social sectors in the discussion and analysis of the current situation of women. 

Economic Support to the Event

One representative per company will be assisted by ProCórdoba Agency with the 50% of the travel package cost which involves: airfare, accommodation, and transfer airport-hotel-airport in double (shared) room. The amount is in pesos and it will be defined and announced shortly.

Necessary conditions for participating in the Delegation:

*You must belong to the productive sectors related to the event.

* You must register your company in the Directory of Exportable Offer. Otherwise, you must apply for registration via the following e-mail: [email protected]  

* You must have your personal documentation in order to travel abroad and take into account the conditions of entry and residence in the destination country.

* You must formalize the registration process established in the Assistance Program which will be available on 30th March.

Companies interested in participating in this activity must send the attached registration form as soon as possible in order to evaluate the company' profile (no validity of definitive registration).
