ProCórdoba SEM Agency, under the Ministerio de Industria, Comercio, Minería y Desarrollo Científico Tecnológico (Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Mines and Scientific-technological Development), reports that the pre-registrations are open to participate in the MUTISECTORAL Mission that will be held in Bogotá city, Colombia, date to be confirmed between 19th and 22nd November 2014.
Technical and logistic support: it is the development of all the aspects that involve the travel strategy, definition of profile and ideal itinerary of it, hiring or intervening travel agent's suggestion, flight routes, accommodation and transfers.
If it is required, the organization also includes the definition of a work scheme that will be developed by the company in an established destination. This scheme will be planned through meetings previously arranged with counterparts strategically selected by the Sección Económica Comercial de la Embajada Argentina (Economic and Commercial Section, Embassy of Argentina) in this country.
Economic Support for the Event: one representative per company will be assisted with the 50% of the travel package cost which involves: airfare, accommodation, and transfer airport-hotel-airport in double (shared) room. This support will be offered by means of a reimbursement mechanism whose maximum amount will be defined in the next days.
The necessary requisites to be part of the Delegation are:
* Belonging to the specified productive sectors
*Being registered or starting the process of registration in the Directory of Export Offer of ProCórdoba SEM Agency (www.exportadoresdecordoba.com)
* Having the current personal documentation in good conditions in order to travel abroad and taking into account the conditions of entry and permanence
* Formalize the registration process established by the Assistance Program which will be available soon.
