ProCórdoba Agency reports that the Multisectoral Mission to the city of Guayaquil and Quito in Ecuador will be postponed. It will be carried out from 19th to 24th July of the current year. Because of the fact that the date set forth coincides with the arrival of the Supreme Pontiff, Pope Francis, in that country, there are no flights and hotels available.

Target Audience

Companies of any kind (of both goods and services) will be able to participate; however, their supplies will be evaluated by ProCórdoba and by the corresponding economic councils of each city.

Work Program

The work program will be organized by the Consulate in Guayaquil and the Economic Council in Quito. Interviews will be conducted at the Ecuadorian companies’ addresses.

Economic Support to the Event

Local companies will be assisted by the agency. One representative per company will be assisted with 50% of the travel package cost which involves: airfare, accommodation, and transfer airport-hotel-airport in double (shared) room.The amount in pesos will be defined and announced shortly.

Necessary conditions for participating in the Delegation

*You must register your company in the Directory of Exportable Offer of the Province of Córdoba. Otherwise, you must apply for registration via the following e-mail address: [email protected]  

* You must have your personal documentation in order to travel abroad and take into account the conditions of entry and residence in the destination country.
