As part of the activities scheduled for the ICT Week and the Córdoba Tech Week, ProCórdoba Agency organized an International Business Round together with the Córdoba Technology Cluster (CTC) and the Federal Investment Council.

The round was targeted at CTC members, who participated in meetings with international operators from Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala, Uruguay and Mexico. The focus was on the markets identified as strategic through the Export Development Program for the sector.

Staff from the CTC surveyed participating partners to discover their interests, and thus a separate schedule was prepared for each of them and international operators. In this way, organizers managed to offer a networking space where, through fast interviews, companies and foreign operators were able to discover business oportunities, by bringing together the services and products offered by Cordobese tech companies and the demands of international players.

The interviews lasted for five minutes, with companies switching tables fast to meet with different potential business partners. Participants in the interviews included 27 companies that are part of the CTC and 15 international operators. This resulted in a total 331 interviews, which offered amazing business opportunities, enabled the expansion of networks and allowed companies to better position themselves in different markets. In general terms, both firms from the Córdoba Technology Cluster and international operators showed a positive response to the event.
