ProCórdoba Agency, under the Ministerio de Industria, Comercio, Mineria y Desarrollo Científico Tecnológico (Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Mines and Scientific-technological Development) of the Province of Córdoba reports that registrations are open to participate in the Sectoral Mission Visit to EIMA Fair 2014. It will be held between 12th and 16th November, 2014.

EIMA 2014 is an important fair of the Agricultural Machinery and Agropart Sector that is held every two years. It is the showcase where the main technological advances of the field are shown. Foreign, national and relating companies of the mentioned industries participate in this fair.

ProCórdoba, together with the Foreign Office of the Nation, offers the companies who want to meet with their potential clients a place in the Córdoba Stand “Meeting Point”.

Economic Support for the Event: It will be assisted with the 50% of the cost of the travel package which involves: airfare, accommodation, and transfer airport - hotel - airport in double (shared) room. /It will be assisted with a reimbursement expressed in the Assistance Program, once the event has finished.

The necessary requisites to be part of the Delegation are:

* Belonging to the specified productive sectors 

*Being registered or starting the process of registration in the Directory of Export Offer of ProCórdoba SEM Agency (www.exportadoresdecordoba.com)

* Having the current personal documentation in good condition in order to travel abroad and taking into account the conditions of entry and permanence

* Formalize the registration process established by the Assistance Program that consists of:

1. Sending the "Enrollment Form” and the “Assistance Program” signed in its original before the registration deadline.

2. Sending a copy of the Travel Insurance for the time period of the mission.

The delegation will be made up of the first (12) companies whose profiles are considered to be appropriate to be part of the delegation and that complete all the STEPS OF THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, within the following time limits set:

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Until 10th October, 2014 (to keep the agreed prices by the suggested agency).
