ProCórdoba presente na Rodada de Negócios Internacional da ExpoAgro

In the framework of the 11th edition of Expoagro, ProCórdoba Agency together with the  Argentine Investment and Trade Promotion Agency, the Ministry of Production of the government of Santa Fe, the Government of Buenos Aires and Exponenciar contributed to the organization of the International Business Round of Agricultural Machinery and Agro-parts.

The Business Round was held by Argentine companies of the field of agricultural machinery, agro-parts and Purchasing Managers of leading international companies (distributors, wholesalers, importers and/or potential business partners) from Australia, Mozambique, New Zealand and Ukraine

ProCórdoba was exclusively in charge of the Australian and New Zealand markets, regarding the commercial activities and technical trips that were conducted by the province of Córdoba to these destinations during the last two years. 

It’s the second time that Peter Chilwell, Managing Partner of "Land Point Holdings" from Australia, has participated in the exhibition. During 2016, he attended the Round since he was invited by ProCórdoba. He also got excellent results and was able to do business:

"Since our last visit to Expoagro last year, we have been doing business with a scales company and extractor storage bag company. Nowadays, we are still doing business with them. I decided to visit this fair again because we are interested in monitoring the relationships established. Moreover, we are constantly looking for innovations. The organizers of this round are very professional and they have been intelligent at the time of identifying the products I'm interested in. The quality of the interviews has been also really good. I've got data from businessmen who I have to contact again in order to assess, in more detail, the feasibility of importing their products to Australia. I've found the material I was looking for and the machinery I was interested in. Argentina has a wide range of options, quality and competitive prices."

One of the innovations that were successfully tested in this new edition of Expoagro was the Virtual Business Round, where Argentine companies contacted potential purchasers and commercial agents through videoconference. Over 6 meetings were held every day, establishing contact and waiting for favorable answers.

Moreover, simultaneously, a Collaboration Agreement was signed among the bodies that participated in the event organization through which the commitment to conduct the International Business Round within the framework of Expoagro Argentina was ratified and strengthened.
